We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join a prestigious Multinational Corporation (MNC) in the manufacturing sector, located in Cilincing, North Jakarta. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring optimal inventory management, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Lead and mentor the warehouse team to ensure productivity targets are met consistently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across the warehouse facility.
- Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure timely material supply and order fulfillment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization.
- Perform regular cycle counts and conduct discrepancy investigations to ensure high inventory accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- In-depth knowledge of inventory control techniques, FIFO/LIFO, and lean warehouse practices.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and manage diverse operational teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
