About the Role
APICAL Group, one of the largest exporters of palm oil in Indonesia, is seeking a high-caliber Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our strategic operations in Marunda, North Jakarta. This is a critical leadership role responsible for maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and ensuring that our warehouse operates at peak efficiency.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team to manage the end-to-end flow of goods, from raw materials to finished products. You will be tasked with implementing best practices in inventory management, optimizing storage capacity, and ensuring that all health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly followed. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatching.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity and adherence to company policies.
- Perform regular stock reconciliation and cycle counts to maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve picking efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and K3 regulations within the facility.
- Monitor and manage Warehouse Management System (WMS) data integrity and generate daily operational reports.
- Coordinate with the Procurement, Production, and Transportation departments to ensure seamless logistics flow.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce operational costs and waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (SAP experience is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing diverse operational teams.
- Solid understanding of inventory management principles (FIFO, FEFO, LIFO).
- In-depth knowledge of safety standards (K3) and warehouse auditing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to be based at our Marunda facility in North Jakarta.
