Join Aditya Sarana Graha as a Warehouse Supervisor in Semarang and lead critical logistics operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You'll oversee daily warehouse activities, optimize inventory management systems, and ensure seamless coordination between receiving, storage, and distribution processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Lead and develop warehouse staff through training and performance management
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OHS standards
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with procurement and transportation teams
- Optimize warehouse layout and material handling equipment utilization
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse management/supervision
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, WMS)
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO principles and warehouse safety standards
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Physical ability to work in warehouse environments
- Experience in manufacturing/logistics industry preferred
