Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to achieve daily productivity and performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the warehouse facility.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage processes to improve workflow efficiency.
- Handle logistical documentation and coordinate with external couriers or transport partners.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance overall productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management software (WMS) and inventory control systems.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to work in shifts and maintain physical stamina for warehouse environments.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
