In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the seamless flow of goods, ensuring that every shipment is handled with precision and care.
Your primary focus will be on the unloading, counting, and sorting of materials. You will verify quantities against documentation to ensure accuracy and inspect the physical condition of goods to maintain high standards. Beyond basic tasks, you will lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring safety regulations are followed and the warehouse environment remains organized and efficient.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to schedules.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and reconcile stock levels with documentation.
- Manage the unloading process from trucks and ensure materials are sorted and inspected correctly.
- Maintain the physical condition of materials and report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
- Enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all employees.
- Conduct regular training and briefings for the warehouse team regarding procedures and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate counting, sorting, and record-keeping.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
- Valid forklift license (preferred).
- Fluent in Indonesian (source language) and professional communication skills.
