Join Transcon Indonesia as a Warehouser Supervisor and lead critical operations in our customs bonded warehouse. This pivotal role requires you to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring seamless inbound and outbound logistics while maintaining stringent inventory accuracy. You'll enforce strict adherence to customs compliance procedures, safeguarding regulatory integrity and operational efficiency. Your expertise will drive process optimization, team leadership, and quality control in a fast-paced logistics environment.
As a key member of our supply chain team, you'll coordinate with customs authorities, manage warehouse personnel, and implement safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Ensure inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Manage inbound-outbound logistics flow to maintain operational efficiency
- Enforce strict compliance with customs regulations and bonded warehouse procedures
- Lead and develop warehouse staff through training and performance management
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and security measures
- Generate operational reports and performance metrics for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse management, preferably bonded warehouse environment
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and bonded warehouse procedures
- Proven leadership experience with team management and training capabilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong analytical skills for inventory control and process optimization
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
