Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance standards
- Collaborate with transport providers to ensure timely delivery schedules
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on operational procedures
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in logistics preferred
- 1-2 years of warehousing or logistics experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Familiarity with safety regulations and OHS standards
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- Physical ability to handle warehouse tasks in varying conditions
