As the Warranty & Spare Parts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels by managing the end-to-end warranty claim process and optimizing spare parts stock levels. You will collaborate closely with technicians, logistics teams, and external suppliers to ensure seamless operations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the end-to-end processing of warranty claims, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policy.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, including tracking, stock replenishment, and periodic cycle counts.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure the timely availability of components for repairs and maintenance.
  • Process supplier returns and facilitate communication regarding defective parts.
  • Maintain an organized database of warranty records, repair histories, and inventory transactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on warranty performance, inventory costs, and stock availability for management.
  • Implement effective stock control procedures to minimize shrinkage and optimize storage efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration, inventory control, or after-sales service roles.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken Indonesian.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience with ERP or inventory management software is a significant advantage.
