Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive water quality management strategies aligned with Indonesian environmental regulations
- Oversee water treatment processes, including chemical dosing, filtration, and disinfection systems
- Conduct routine water quality testing and analysis using advanced laboratory equipment
- Lead compliance reporting for environmental agencies and internal stakeholders
- Manage and mentor a team of water quality specialists and technicians
- Investigate and resolve water quality incidents through root cause analysis
- Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams to integrate water conservation measures
- Stay current with evolving environmental policies and technological advancements in water treatment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in water quality management within manufacturing/logistics
- Professional certification in Water Quality Management (e.g., WQA CWS/CWD)
- Proficiency in water testing methodologies and laboratory equipment operation
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations (PP No. 82/2001, SNI standards)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams
- Experience with environmental compliance documentation and reporting
- Advanced problem-solving skills for complex water quality challenges
