We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Water Quality Manager to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Jakarta. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the integrity of water systems, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and optimizing water treatment processes to support our industrial operations. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining sustainability standards while ensuring that all water-based processes meet the highest safety and quality benchmarks.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all water treatment systems and processes within the manufacturing facility.
- Ensure full compliance with national environmental regulations and internal water quality standards.
- Coordinate regular testing, sampling, and analysis of water quality data to identify trends and potential risks.
- Supervise laboratory staff and third-party contractors to maintain testing accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for water handling, treatment, and distribution.
- Lead root-cause analysis investigations for any water quality deviations or system failures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize water consumption and reduce environmental footprint.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management regarding system performance, regulatory status, and budget management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in water treatment, industrial water management, or a similar quality control role.
- Strong knowledge of water purification technologies, filtration systems, and disinfection methods.
- Familiarity with Indonesian environmental regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO 14001).
- Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets and utilizing laboratory software tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and sustainable practices.
