- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and present personalized wealth management strategies and investment proposals.
- Monitor client portfolios, providing ongoing advice and adjustments in line with market conditions.
- Achieve defined sales and revenue targets while maintaining high standards of client service.
- Collaborate with senior advisors and product specialists to leverage expertise and expand business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Participate in networking events and marketing initiatives to generate new business leads.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in banking, financial advisory, or sales roles is advantageous.
- Proven knowledge of investment products such as unit trusts, equities, bonds, and insurance-linked solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS guidelines) and compliance standards.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CMFAS, CFP, or CFA) are a plus but not mandatory.
