Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis, risk profiling, and goal setting with clients to understand their financial objectives.
- Formulate and implement personalized wealth management strategies, including investment planning, retirement planning, estate planning, and insurance solutions.
- Provide expert advice on a broad range of Sharia-compliant financial products and services offered by alrajhi bank Malaysia.
- Regularly review client portfolios and financial plans, making adjustments as necessary based on market conditions and client life changes.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic outlooks, and regulatory changes relevant to wealth management and financial advisory.
- Actively prospect and acquire new clients, expanding the bank's wealth management client base.
- Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, or similar) are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or private banking, preferably within a retail or commercial banking environment.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, risk management, and wealth planning principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of developing complex financial strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and client satisfaction metrics.
- Possession of relevant licenses and certifications required to practice financial advisory in Malaysia (e.g., FIMM, SC licenses).
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
