Certis Security is seeking a dedicated Weapon Trainer to join our elite training division in Jurong East. As a Weapon Trainer, you will facilitate comprehensive weapon-system training programs. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in defense, law enforcement, or specialized security operations who thrive in an instructional environment. You will play a critical role in maintaining operational readiness and upholding the highest standards of safety and professional conduct. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive weapon-system training curricula and lesson plans.
- Conduct structured classroom sessions on firearm safety, legal regulations, and operational procedures.
- Facilitate hands-on practical training sessions, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed at all times.
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to trainees to improve their marksmanship and handling accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of trainee performance, attendance, and certification status.
- Conduct periodic weapon maintenance checks and inventory inspections to ensure equipment readiness.
- Collaborate with training supervisors to refine instruction methodologies based on current industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in firearm instruction, military service, or law enforcement training.
- Strong understanding of range safety protocols and local weapon usage legislation.
- Possess a recognized certification in weapon handling or marksmanship instruction (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- High level of physical fitness and the ability to conduct long training sessions.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to maintain discipline in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for report generation and administrative documentation.
