As a key member of our operations, you will be the gatekeeper of our inbound and outbound coffee supply chain, ensuring that every shipment is accounted for with absolute precision.
In this role, you will manage our weighing systems, verify cargo compliance, and maintain documentation that keeps our operations running smoothly. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate weighbridge systems to record accurate weight data for all inbound and outbound coffee deliveries.
- Verify cargo manifest documentation against physical weight readings to ensure inventory integrity.
- Coordinate with logistics, transport, and warehouse teams to manage vehicle traffic flows efficiently.
- Perform daily calibration checks on weighing equipment to ensure operational accuracy.
- Maintain comprehensive digital and physical logs of all weighing transactions.
- Identify and report any irregularities or discrepancies in cargo weight to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
- Assist in general warehouse administrative tasks to support overall operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and operational standard procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or port operations.
- Strong proficiency in using weighing software and basic computer systems (MS Office).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shift patterns, including weekends if required by production demand.
- Physical capability to work in an industrial warehouse environment.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to the Surabaya area.
