Tanggung Jawab
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metal components according to specifications
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and welding diagrams
- Prepare welding surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and aligning materials
- Inspect completed welds for quality, structural integrity, and compliance with standards
- Operate and maintain welding equipment, troubleshooting minor technical issues
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and workplace regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality targets
- Document welding processes and maintain accurate work records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional MIG and TIG welding experience
- Technical certification in welding (e.g., AWS) preferred
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency in various metal types (steel, stainless steel, aluminum)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and handling heavy materials
- Basic knowledge of welding equipment maintenance and calibration
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage
