Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive welding inspections using NDT methods (UT, MT, PT, RT)
- Verify welding procedures, qualifications, and material certifications
- Generate detailed inspection reports and quality documentation
- Ensure compliance with AWS D1.1, ASME IX, and ISO 3834 standards
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment
- Train junior inspectors on quality control protocols
- Implement corrective actions for non-conforming welds
Kualifikasi
- Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or CSWIP certification
- Minimum 3 years in welding QC within manufacturing
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with NDT equipment and techniques
- Knowledge of welding metallurgy and failure analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in industrial environments
