As a Wellbeing Counselor at Sekolah Bogor Raya, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the academic, social, and emotional well-being of our senior high school students. In this vital position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive counseling services, developing and implementing wellbeing programs, and creating a supportive environment where students can thrive. Your expertise will help students navigate the challenges of adolescence, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and build resilience for their future endeavors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about student welfare, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a deep understanding of adolescent psychology. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to ensure a holistic approach to student wellbeing. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide individual and group counseling services to senior high school students
- Develop and implement wellbeing programs focused on mental health, emotional intelligence, and social skills
- Conduct assessments to identify students' emotional, behavioral, and academic needs
- Create intervention plans and provide ongoing support for students requiring additional assistance
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to address student concerns and develop supportive strategies
- Organize workshops and seminars on topics such as stress management, conflict resolution, and healthy relationships
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress
- Stay updated on best practices in student wellbeing and adolescent psychology
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Experience working with adolescents in an educational or counseling setting
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Knowledge of adolescent development and common mental health challenges
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with discretion
- Familiarity with counseling techniques and intervention strategies
- Proficiency in both Indonesian and English languages
- Certification in counseling or related field preferred
