Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional color correction and image enhancement for high-end real estate photography.
- Execute complex sky replacements and window masking to ensure property visuals look stunning regardless of weather conditions.
- Edit and assemble engaging short-form video content, including property walkthroughs and social media highlights.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and adhere to strict client turnaround times.
- Collaborate with the photography team to troubleshoot asset quality and implement feedback.
- Organize and manage large volumes of media assets using cloud-based workflows.
- Stay current with industry trends in real estate videography and editing techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Proven professional experience in real estate photo and video editing (portfolio required).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
- Strong knowledge of color grading, object removal, and high-dynamic-range (HDR) blending.
- Excellent understanding of real estate marketing trends and short-form video optimization (TikTok/Reels).
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and professional-grade editing hardware.
- Ability to work independently in a WFH environment while maintaining proactive communication.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
