Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate wheel alignment and suspension diagnostics on various vehicle makes and models.
- Utilize computerized alignment equipment to adjust suspension components according to manufacturer specifications.
- Inspect steering and suspension systems for wear, tear, or damage and recommend necessary repairs.
- Road-test vehicles to verify alignment and overall handling performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide detailed reports on vehicle condition and recommended maintenance services to the service manager.
- Collaborate with other shop mechanics to ensure timely vehicle servicing and high customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Wheel Alignment Technician or Automotive Mechanic.
- Proficiency in operating modern wheel alignment machines and diagnostic tools.
- Strong understanding of steering, suspension, and tire mechanics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical service manuals and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude toward customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team setting.
