Tanggung Jawab
- Operate wireline equipment safely and efficiently for well intervention and maintenance activities
- Perform downhole tool deployment and retrieval operations in accordance with safety protocols
- Conduct real-time monitoring and data collection during wireline operations
- Execute routine equipment inspections, calibration, and preventative maintenance
- Document operational data and maintain accurate technical reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Wireline Operator in oil/gas or industrial sectors
- Technical certification in wireline operations or related field preferred
- Proficiency in operating downhole tools and surface control systems
- Strong understanding of wellbore conditions and pressure dynamics
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues in field environments
- Valid H2S and Well Control certifications required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
