Volcom Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Women's Design Operation Specialist to join our creative team. In this key role, you will bridge the gap between the design studio and the manufacturing floor, ensuring that our vision translates flawlessly into high-quality products. You will be responsible for mastering product data, meticulously reviewing technical drawings, and conducting rigorous quality checks on samples.
As a central hub for communication, you will generate comprehensive result reports and collaborate closely with various departments to streamline the product development process. We are looking for a professional who excels in data analysis and possesses a keen eye for detail to maintain Volcom's high standards of excellence in the apparel industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the Women's Design line operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Analyze product data and generate detailed result reports for design samples.
- Perform strict quality assurance checks on technical work drawings and physical samples.
- Facilitate effective communication between the design department and other operational units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize production processes.
- Maintain accurate records of sample development and testing results.
- Ensure all samples meet brand standards and design specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in design operations, fashion manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail when interpreting work drawings and inspecting samples.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across different departments.
- Understanding of the apparel production lifecycle and quality control standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant degree or certification in Design, Fashion, or Operations Management.
