PT Widya Sapta Contractor, a leader in the construction and logistics sector, is currently seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Workshop Manager to join our operations in Kalimantan Selatan. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all workshop activities, ensuring that heavy equipment and machinery are maintained to the highest safety and performance standards to support our ongoing project success.
As the Workshop Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team, optimize maintenance schedules, and implement best practices in workshop management. We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical expertise to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues while managing budgets and resources efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the workshop team to ensure high productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all fleet and machinery.
- Oversee workshop operations, including inventory management, spare parts procurement, and tool maintenance.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and provide technical support to resolve complex mechanical failures.
- Ensure full compliance with K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations and environmental standards at the workshop site.
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, workshop budget consumption, and equipment availability.
- Collaborate with project managers to align workshop output with project timelines and operational requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in workshop management, preferably in the construction or mining industry.
- In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance, hydraulic systems, and engine repair.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team and foster a culture of safety.
- Proficiency in computer-based maintenance management systems (CMMS) and MS Office suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to handle operational challenges efficiently.
- Willingness to be based in Kalimantan Selatan.
