Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily workshop operations including resource allocation and workflow optimization
- Lead, mentor, and develop workshop teams to achieve performance targets
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure service standards and compliance
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in workshop management, automotive industry preferred
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and diagnostic tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in workshop management software and inventory systems
- Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma are advantageous
