Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily workshop operations to ensure all production targets are achieved effectively and on time.
- Manage the maintenance and calibration of injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the workshop team, including technicians and operators.
- Ensure all production activities strictly adhere to Quality Control (QC) standards and company specifications.
- Enforce rigorous Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure the availability of raw materials and spare parts.
- Analyze production data and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management regarding machine utilization and operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically within injection moulding.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a large production team.
- Deep technical knowledge of plastic materials, mould design, and injection machine troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of process optimization techniques and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with ISO quality management systems and local safety regulations (K3).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-output manufacturing environment.
