We pride ourselves on providing top-notch service to our guests and maintaining a fleet of vehicles in pristine condition.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of motorcycle maintenance, from routine servicing to complex engine overhauls. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on motorcycles and scooters.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults, engine issues, and electrical system failures.
- Ensure all workshop tools and equipment are maintained and in safe working condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment at all times.
- Order and manage spare parts inventory to ensure timely repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication regarding service status and costs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards for vehicle maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Motor Mechanic, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of motorcycle engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a workshop setting.
