Inter Aneka Lestari Kimia is seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Workshop Technician to join our Engineering team in Cikande, Banten. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational infrastructure, responsible for precision welding, metal fabrication, and essential technical maintenance that keeps our manufacturing facilities running at peak performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute high-quality welding operations for internal plant engineering and external engineering projects.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications to ensure project accuracy.
- Maintain and repair industrial machinery and metal structures within the workshop.
- Operate and maintain workshop tools and welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick) in good working condition.
- Perform regular safety inspections on equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with company health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement effective welding solutions.
- Ensure all welding tasks are documented and completed within designated timelines.
- Assist in general workshop maintenance and fabrication duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in industrial welding or workshop technician roles.
- Strong proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Electrode/SMAW).
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Solid understanding of metal properties and standard industrial safety procedures.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environmental conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site in Cikande, Banten.
