Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure yachts are manufactured according to design specifications and safety regulations.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of craftsmen, technicians, and assembly workers to maintain high productivity levels.
- Monitor production schedules and timelines to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control protocols throughout the assembly and finishing stages.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment in compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and hardware to prevent production delays.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in yacht production, boat building, or large-scale composite manufacturing.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a production team.
- Strong technical knowledge of marine systems, structural integrity, and materials such as fiberglass, carbon fiber, or wood.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, CAD drawings, and production schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work effectively in a tropical climate and manage outdoor/indoor shop conditions.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
