Citra Tubindo is seeking a highly organized and safety-conscious Yard Team Leader to join our operational team in Batam. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficiency, safety, and logistical flow of our yard operations. You will act as the primary point of contact for yard personnel, ensuring that all equipment placement, material handling, and inventory storage strictly adhere to company compliance standards and safety protocols.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, managing day-to-day operations to ensure seamless logistical movement. You will be instrumental in optimizing space utilization, maintaining equipment readiness, and fostering clear, consistent communication across departments. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily yard operations to ensure maximum efficiency and workflow optimization.
- Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations and operational protocols.
- Manage the proper placement, stacking, and organization of materials and equipment within the yard.
- Lead and mentor yard personnel, providing clear direction and fostering a culture of safety.
- Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure timely material flow.
- Monitor equipment status and schedule necessary maintenance to prevent operational downtime.
- Prepare regular reports on yard capacity, inventory levels, and safety performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in yard management, logistics, or industrial operations.
- Strong understanding of safety standards (HSE) in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment and make quick, informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
