Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex financial data to identify potential operational and market risks within the assigned business lines.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to BNY Mellon’s risk management policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Operations, and Legal, to resolve compliance issues.
- Prepare detailed risk reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Stay updated on global regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization’s operations.
- Participate in the onboarding and training modules of the 2026 Analyst Program.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field, graduating in 2026.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
