Tanggung Jawab
- Create high-quality 2D character animations that align with the show's established style and vision.
- Collaborate closely with directors, layout artists, and riggers to ensure smooth production pipelines.
- Troubleshoot animation-related technical issues to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Participate in animation dailies and feedback sessions to refine performance and timing.
- Maintain consistency in character movement, expression, and posing throughout projects.
- Adapt quickly to varying project styles and specific art direction requirements.
- Mentor junior animators and contribute to a supportive, knowledge-sharing team environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Animation, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Professional experience as a 2D Animator within a studio or production house environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion, timing, posing, and character acting.
- Proficiency in industry-standard animation software (e.g., Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Animate, or similar).
- A deep understanding of the 12 principles of animation and their application in digital workflows.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to accept constructive feedback gracefully.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
