In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between creative architectural concepts and technical execution. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the creation and maintenance of detailed 3D BIM models using Revit and other relevant software.
- Generate accurate technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections for construction documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to resolve technical issues and ensure design integrity.
- Conduct site surveys and inspections to verify as-built conditions and update models accordingly.
- Coordinate with external consultants and contractors to ensure seamless information flow.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and presentations.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with local Singaporean building codes and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Architecture, Building Information Modeling (BIM), or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a BIM Modeller or Technical Executive in the architectural industry.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Deep understanding of Singapore's Building Control Act (BCA) and construction standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
