Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 3D architectural models and photorealistic renderings using ArchiCAD
- Develop comprehensive construction drawings including floor plans, elevations, and sections
- Collaborate with architects to translate design concepts into technical documentation
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and industry standards
- Prepare material specifications and cost estimation documentation
- Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements
- Coordinate with engineering teams for structural and MEP integration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D architectural drafting
- Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD and other CAD software
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Portfolio demonstrating 3D modeling and rendering capabilities
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
