Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and blueprints using AutoCAD and SketchUp software
- Produce accurate construction documents, schematics, and architectural plans based on project specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to interpret and implement design requirements
- Modify and update existing drawings to reflect design changes and project revisions
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and quality requirements
- Maintain organized project files, documentation, and version control systems
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to clarify design intent and technical details
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a 3D Drafter or similar role with strong portfolio
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp software
- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling techniques and technical drawing standards
- Experience in architectural or engineering drafting is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and design specifications
- Strong attention to detail and precision in drafting work
- Excellent time management and ability to meet project deadlines
- Relevant education in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field is a plus
