At Keywords Studios, we are looking for an accomplished, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Environment Artist to join our team working on an exciting, high-profile game project. As a key member of our visual arts team, you will be responsible for creating stunning, immersive environments that drive player engagement and enhance storytelling. In this role, you will work closely with Art Directors and Level Designers to translate creative concepts into detailed 3D assets, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and performance requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Create and deliver high-quality 3D environment assets, including terrain, buildings, vegetation, and props.
- Collaborate with the art team to interpret art direction and maintain visual consistency across projects.
- Optimize 3D models and textures to ensure efficient performance within game engines.
- Utilize industry-standard software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max to create assets.
- Participate in the entire asset creation pipeline, from concept to final integration.
- Provide constructive feedback and iterate on assets based on team reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D art trends and rendering techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience as a 3D Environment Artist in the gaming industry.
- Strong proficiency in modeling, texturing, and lighting within 3D software.
- Excellent understanding of composition, perspective, and color theory.
- Experience working with game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating previous work on shipped titles or commercial projects.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Fluency in English is required for communication with international teams.
