Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and calibrate industrial 3D printers across multiple technologies (FDM, SLA, SLS)
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on printing equipment
- Prepare and optimize 3D models for printing using slicing software
- Monitor printing processes and ensure output meets quality standards
- Collaborate with design teams to translate concepts into printable files
- Document printing parameters, maintenance logs, and quality reports
- Research and implement new printing materials and techniques
- Train team members on printer operation and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Design, or Manufacturing Technology
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on 3D printing experience
- Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360)
- Knowledge of different 3D printing materials and their applications
- Strong problem-solving skills for technical equipment issues
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Attention to detail and precision in quality control processes
- Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
