Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and other equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot technical issues in guest rooms and common areas
- Follow safety protocols and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption to hotel operations
- Order maintenance supplies and equipment while maintaining inventory of spare parts
- Stay updated on the latest maintenance techniques and technologies through continuous training
- Assist in emergency situations and perform repairs during off-hours as required
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in hospitality or similar industry
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems troubleshooting and repair
- Valid electrical or mechanical work certification (e.g., licensed electrician or HVAC technician)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with staff and guests
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various conditions
- Basic computer literacy for maintenance reporting and inventory management
