Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and dismantle event equipment including stages, sound systems, lighting rigs, and visual displays
- Ensure all technical equipment functions safely and efficiently during events
- Conduct pre-event equipment checks and troubleshooting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and venue regulations
- Collaborate with event teams to coordinate technical requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on equipment
- Manage equipment inventory and storage logistics
- Respond promptly to technical issues during live events
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in events or technical support preferred
- Basic knowledge of audio-visual equipment, lighting systems, and staging
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 25kg)
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid forklift operation license considered an asset
