Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to meet daily output targets.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform basic repairs as required.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental (EHS) policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows.
- Maintain accurate production logs and equipment maintenance records.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Prior experience in a production, manufacturing, or maintenance environment is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, or process diagrams.
- Commitment to a 5-day work week and adherence to company safety protocols.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Able to commit to a renewable contract duration.
