Tanggung Jawab
- Perform general maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across various construction sites.
- Assist in the assembly and installation of structural components and building systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Operate and maintain a wide range of hand and power tools efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the site supervision and engineering teams to execute project plans accurately.
- Respond promptly to technical issues and maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or certificate in Civil Technology, Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in construction, facility maintenance, or a related trade.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and basic carpentry, electrical, or plumbing techniques.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work activities and reports.
