Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine landscaping tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding flowerbeds and lawns.
- Water, fertilize, and prune plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure optimal health and appearance.
- Maintain outdoor recreational areas, pool decks, and walkways to meet high hygiene and aesthetic standards.
- Operate and maintain landscaping machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Identify and report any pest infestations, plant diseases, or structural maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper disposal of green waste and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations regarding landscaping practices.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Horticulture or Landscaping is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscaping or hotel grounds maintenance.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of plant care, soil management, and landscaping tools.
- Valid ID (Philippine ID or Passport) is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per hotel schedule.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
