Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair cooling tower systems and industrial pumps
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose mechanical malfunctions using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Comply with safety regulations and environmental standards for HVAC systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams for system upgrades and efficiency improvements
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Respond to emergency breakdowns during operational hours
Kualifikasi
- Technical or vocational degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mechanical Technician in hospitality or commercial facilities
- Certification in HVAC systems, cooling towers, or pump maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and control systems
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software
- Ability to work independently and under pressure during emergencies
- Valid certification in safety protocols (e.g., OSHA or equivalent)
