Tanggung Jawab
- Perform deck operations including mooring, anchoring, cargo handling, and rigging
- Conduct daily maintenance and repairs of deck machinery and equipment
- Assist in vessel navigation, watchkeeping, and safety inspections
- Operate deck cranes, winches, and other deck handling equipment
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Monitor environmental conditions and report operational irregularities
- Train and supervise junior deck crew members
- Ensure compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, and company safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Certified Able Bodied Seaman (AB) credential from recognized maritime authority
- Minimum 2 years deck experience on offshore support vessels
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training certification
- Proficiency in deck machinery operation and maintenance
- Strong understanding of maritime safety regulations
- Physical fitness to work in harsh offshore conditions
- Good command of English language (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and extended periods at sea
