Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full vessel lifecycle operations including maintenance scheduling, crew coordination, and regulatory compliance
- Optimize fleet performance through data-driven decision making and route planning
- Oversee safety protocols and emergency response procedures for all vessels
- Coordinate with charterers, port authorities, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor operational budgets and implement cost-reduction strategies
- Lead vessel performance analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage crew training programs and competency assessments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime, Logistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years vessel management experience with Indonesian-flagged vessels
- Certified Ship Manager (CSM) or equivalent maritime qualification
- Expert knowledge of SOLAS, MARPOL, and Indonesian maritime regulations
- Advanced proficiency in vessel management software and operational analytics
- Strong leadership skills with cross-cultural team management experience
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proven track record in fleet optimization and crisis management
