Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and monitor student academic progress to ensure satisfaction and learning outcomes.
  • Conduct professional consultations with parents regarding student development and academic achievements.
  • Drive student retention and manage renewal processes to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with students and parents.
  • Analyze student performance data to provide actionable advice and personalized learning recommendations.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure consistent communication regarding student progress.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve feedback to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and institutional reputation.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or academic coordination role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
