As part of our Sales & Marketing team, you will work directly with industry experts to drive growth initiatives, optimize marketing funnels, and sharpen your analytical skills. This program is structured to provide you with real-world exposure to B2B outreach, partner relationship management, and high-level content strategy. If you are a self-starter who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about tech innovation, we want to hear from you.
You will be mentored by our senior leadership team and gain experience with modern marketing automation tools and CRM platforms, positioning you perfectly for a full-time role upon graduation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing and executing end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, pipeline building, and outbound outreach efforts.
- Analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools to provide actionable insights.
- Draft and distribute engaging marketing content across email, social media, and partner channels.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and ensure brand consistency.
- Research market trends and competitor strategies to help identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases with accurate lead information.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field).
- Available for at least 20-30 hours per week for an academic internship term.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and basic social media management platforms.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- A curious mindset with a proactive approach to learning new software and marketing tools.
- Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail.
