Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
- Present and demonstrate medical devices to clinical staff and procurement decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic outreach and effective pipeline management.
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions for client requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biology, Nursing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales or medical device distribution (fresh graduates with high motivation are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence professional medical audiences.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the Semarang and surrounding regions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- High integrity, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
