Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operational matters of the accounts department.
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and vendors.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and budget analysis.
- Handle month-end closing procedures and general ledger entries.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities when required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations and statutory compliance is an advantage.
