Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to final contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies for maximum impact.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • High level of integrity, professional ethics, and self-motivation.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent command of Indonesian and English (verbal and written).
