Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and develop a strong pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers to showcase value.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and final closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative environment.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong track record of leadership in campus organizations are encouraged to apply.
