Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, research, and contact prospective clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in sales, business development, or account management roles.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet demanding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
